- KHKarter HoodOct 25, 20251.0The Verizon store on highway 82 in tifton ga, 2 Hispanic women and1 African American woman too busy taking selfies and talking to each other about their personal lives to even consider or talk to the customer in front of them that they was SUPPOSE to be helping but not even acknowledging. Professionalism wasn’t even in the building today. One Hispanic women’s legs was in a brace with crutches. She was the one talking the loudest and not even acknowledging the customer in front of her. Customer looked upset. Took me 2 1/2 hours to get a simple task done. Had to do the stuff myself half the time cause the employees rather talk and ask what they are having for lunch than learn or figure out how to do their job and help me switch phones. I felt like a burden up there honestly not going to lie. I’ll be cancelling my contracts with Verizon, turning my phones in, and switching to somebody else that cares and gives a damn about their customers.
