Samantha and Joni were amazing they went out of the way to help me get the phone I wanted and were extremely knowledgeable when it came to progressive leasing, unlike Kass on wrightsboro rd who has no clue whatsoever and yet she is a manager. Definitely recommend these ladies in Thomson they are always smiling and helping their customers. Will be coming here from now on!!!

I've called to get an refund but was told that i couldn't get one. That I could only exchange the phone or get another one & pay the difference. Like I'm loosing out of money either way it goes. I paid 135 & some cents & you're telling me that I can only get $20 back oh wow. SMH. I'm only giving this 2 stars because of that. I haven't even had the phone for 24 hours yet. I got it yesterday at 6pm. It's the next day & it's 11:44 am. However the people that works at this store are very nice & funny 12.12.2018
