Giselle was the only employee working and handled each customer professionally and quickly. On top of that she was very knowledgeable with their products and how to easily transfer our service from another provider over to Cricket Wireless. She did a great job multi tasking even when she had 4 customers all needing help at once. This was our first time dealing with Cricket Wireless and having Giselle help us today sure made a great first impression.
