I just adopted a wonderful dog from Lifeline and I took my pup to VCA Falcon Village for an ear infection and a possible UTI. I have to say, I was genuinely impressed by how amazing this clinic was! Dr. Gresham did a thorough exam and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout. His assistant Nicki was also fantastic—she went over the costs with me twice, once before the vet came in and again before any procedures were done, just to make sure I was OK with it. There was no pressure for any extra services, which I really appreciated. I’m so happy I chose to go there! Plus, my $250 voucher from Lifeline was honored in full. Lumi even received a cute goodie bag! A big thank you to Lisa at the front desk, who was so helpful when I called to make the appointment the day before. I’ll definitely be back in November when it’s time for my dog’s shots. Thanks so much to Dr. Gresham and the whole team!

I have been bringing my dogs here for 7 years. They have always provided such amazing care to each of my dogs, 2 of which are rescues, and my dogs have always been loved by then. They have walked alongside us when one of my dogs tore their ACL and Meniscus, and referring us to a trusted Vetinarian Surgeon, and they have treated our dogs when they eaten things like pine cones. Dr. Niezlek and Dr. Gresham are our favorites to work with, and all the Assistants are great--we haven't met one that we didn't like. Also, we appreciate their CareClub membership, which makes the price of everything so much more affordable for us.

they were great till they weren’t. i normally bring both of my pups here. i brought one in for a concern on a stomach blockage for them to charge me almost 1k for an exam and xray (with sedation) for them to say yeah something’s in her stomach but we don’t know what. they told me to just not feed her for the night and try again tomorrow. well that night she had to be put down due to the severity of the blockage after i went and got a second opinion.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Nizialek and Melissa. I am grateful for their knowledge and willingness to speak with me to address my concerns and easing my proneness to be overly cautious regarding Camila.

I recently adopted a dog from the Atlanta Humane Society. The AHS offered a free exam that covered $200 in pet care. The VCA charged over $100 over the $200 limit for a simple exam. The vet was so preoccupied with going golfing after he did not do a thorough exam. Had i known this, i would’ve just taken her to my vet instead. BEWARE!!! My dog has a skin infection/hot spots that we’re not thoroughly examined so I’ll have to take her to my vet and pay double.
