I was experiencing some issues with my phone and planned to get a replacement (Google pixe pro) because the lower portion of the phone was unresponsive to touch. Called the customer service and the told me that I could get I replaced because my bill included replacement. Arrived at the store and Kenny Huyng told me that Verizon doesn't do same day replacement and it would take 2 weeks to get a phone. This information was a huge surprise to me considering what I was told when I called into Verizon customer service and the desk that Kenny and I was sitting at had marketing materials on it stating that Verizon offers sameday replacement. After a long battle, and pressed for time, I tucked my tail and signed a new contract. To make me feel better Kenny gave me a number of free items which included a wireless hotspot. I took all and got back home to make my meeting. When my 1st bill came, it had an additional charge for the wireless hotspot which I had never used. Took it back and was charged a restocking fee. I left my complaint after receiving the survey and there was no follow-up or anything. This is the reason why retail get a bad rep because of poor communication and false expectations on my part. I only gave 1 star because I had to but Cellular Sales of Centerville (Verizon Wireless) has gained the crown of worst customer service from this customer. I will do everything I can to get out of my contact and never come back to Verizon Wireless even if I have to pay unnecessary money.....
