    The guys aren’t rude but customer service lacks and the service is unnecessarily slow. I understand waiting until the employee is finished with the customer ahead of you but there was no greeting, I’ll be with you in a moment, or apology for the wait. It was slow to drop off my item and pick up the item. There is no sense of urgency and I’m not saying rush but it shouldn’t take almost an hour to pick up an item. Only one person was handling the line although there were other employees working in back. There is a lot of potential for improvement and I know the employees are capable. Hope they care enough to improve.

    I had signed up for My Best Buy Total membership when I purchase a new Apple Lap top and iPhone about a year ago. It was supposed to give me access to the Geek Squad help for technical support among other things. I was told that the Geek Squad desk of Best Buy at the Snellville location in GA was staffed by Apple certified representatives and they can support Apple products fully. Two days ago, I made an appointment as I was having trouble with email transfer between my devices (a new issue). The person who came to help me, looked bored and finally got another person to help who seemed better engaged but who also told me that I would have to come back the next day to speak with someone else who may be able to help as the problem seemed too complex to him. So I made another appointment. When I got there I was told that the person who was initially going to work on my issue was busy and won't be able to help out! I informed them that I had to leave work early two days in a row, to try and get help at this desk and if they were not able to help I will have to discontinued my membership. The same guy I had met the first day who looked disinterested, without missing a beat, wrote down the number to call to discontinue membership and walked away! It was shocking but almost comical. He couldn't care less. Not only do they not seem to know what to do, they clearly don't care. I will not return.

    Austin in Snellville helped us immediately and was professional with great knowledge of the issues we had. Fantastic service, I would recommend this young man for any reason dealing with customers that may be lacking in technical knowledge. Customer service is by far the very best.
