    Eathen was ver helpful. His knowledge of computers really help ys to get the right components and how to retrieve the data from the ine that is was broken. Olao didn't break rhe bank 😉

    No complaints about the staff. They are great. Problems: 1. A cop car parked on bestbuys sidewalk entrance 24/7 is unsettling. This isn't an area of high crime either so it just seems unnecessary. 2. They are unreachable by phone, even by best buy corporate customer service. Experience: while I was asleep in the early AM, I received an email that my order was picked up- and definitely not me as I was still and bed and planning on cancelling the order anyway. I tried to reach the store (impossible), and corporate customer service also tried to reach them but there communications were set off. I thought my package was given to someone else, so I was urged to rush to the store as soon as possible. Anyway turns out they "misplaced" my order so they marked it as pickup complete and kept it on the side. So... Not only did they give me a scare it was stolen, but I was also unable to cancel the order online. So I had to go in store, reps were confused how to cancel it since it was marked as pick up (such a weird policy for misplaced items), had to process it as a refund (and best buy tracks returned items and blocks customers that do multiple returns). Since it was fake "returned" instead of cancelled, I lost the reward certificate I used to purchase it, with no way to get it back.

    Been having problems with them ever since November the 2nd trying to get $900 worth equipment installed in my car that I already paid for drove all the way to the store and snellville Georgia for nothing reschedule my appointment some kind of way they mix that appointment up November the 12th now reschedule my appointment for November the 17th mind you I'm holding on$900 worth the merchandise to be installed.... This is the tech department get it together.

    I went in today to get some help with a TCL QM7K tv today. My picture quality was not great and I needed advice on what to do. I also wanted info on Oled tv's and brand recommendations. Bryce was soooooo helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me tips, recommended products, and broke things down in ways that I can understand. Thank you Bryce! Give him a raise!!
