- ADAnita Davis4 days ago1.0I visited the store on Tuesday November 18, 2025. Being a new customer with Verizon I pray that we did not make the wrong decision to move our services. I was sent the wrong phones in the mail and after speaking to customer service I was told to go to an authorized dealer to pick up the right phone, so we went to the Smyrna store on Cobb parkway. The sales associate’s name was Canaan. He was very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and had extremely poor customer service skills. He handed me the phone and went to take the other phone. I informed him that I had not yet moved my information. Canaan said to me “You didn’t back up your information?” I stated no, no one never told me to do that before why would I. Canaan said to me WHY WOUND’NT YOU!! With all the neck action. And walked away never returned to finish up with us. I asked another associate to speak with a manager

This is a highly professionally run store. Even the security guard was wonderful! I will only go here from now on. You might have to wait a little ( because they take their time with each customer) but well worth the wait when it is your turn.

Verizon set my appointment to pick up an activated SIM card for son’s phone and return two plug in n go boxes that came to my home. She was very uninterested and walked away from several times. A few times while she was on the phone with Verizon. The agent was speaking to her, she literally walked away. I told the agent that she stepped away. She even took another customer before she was finished with me. I even told her I felt invisible. The agent advised her to make sure the SIM card was activated. I had to wait until November 3rd 2025. I waited. I was on the phone with Verizon activation for 4 hours. We couldn’t get the SIM to activate. Finally, the agent said she did not activate. While on the phone I got a message that I had a package. It was the SIM that was supposed to arrive Saturday but that SIM card in and it worked. Ariah was very unprofessional.
