My Best Buy order number ends with 9756. During the Super Bowl promotion, I purchased an 85-inch TCL TV along with installation. However, the salesperson mistakenly processed the order for an 85-inch Hisense TV instead, which normally costs $150 less even without the Super Bowl promotion.
I only discovered the mistake when I went to schedule the installation. I immediately contacted both customer service and the showroom, but they informed me they could not match the promotional price. As a result, I had to pay an additional $160 due to an error that was not mine.
I have been a loyal customer for many years, and this was honestly my worst experience with Best Buy. The situation was frustrating and disappointing, and it has made me think twice before choosing to shop there again.
One of the male employees who work at this location said, " i was trying to make sure that a bag is what you wanted." i did not even report him because if he is really trying to be rude then a pattern will show and then i will report him to a manager or supervisor at best buy. I laughed at him because i thought he was upset that i asked him for a bag to put my items in but really if it sounds degrading to you when someone asks you for a bag to put their items in then make a decision about where you will be working. Best buy cashier or sales associate might not be something that you are interested in but for now give me a bag to put my items in. If that employee does that again he is going to be reported to the manager and also to the corporate office. You applied to work at best buy and not me. If you live in a place in cobb county that is not well maintained then maybe you do believe that its degrading for someone to ask you for a bag to put their items in. Thats your problem. Not mine!
I visited Best Buy to have my laptop checked due to a battery concern, and Rebecca was incredibly helpful. She took the time to carefully inspect the issue, clearly explained her findings, and reassured me that everything was working properly.
Really appreciate her great service—this kind of experience makes a big difference.

Today I would like to give Sales Associates Collin and Shae 5 stars for their wonderful customer service. They were extremely friendly, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location.
