    Worst best buy store. The people working here are great but the manager sucks. Will never price match, no exceptions on returns, etc. Best to avoid this store.

    By far the worst staff and Best Buy location in Georgia never use pick up orders at this location had items in store waited hours for a pick up just to be there on the shelf asked them if they could approve my order as I’m already at the store now to check on the status and they told me to refund it and just pay there which refunds take 1-3 days. They don’t know how to work their own system it’s pathetic, and then on top of that the over the phone customer support will have you waiting 20+ minutes absolutely laughable.

    Found a laptop for a friend. Best Buy has a good in house paid support plan, Geek Squad, and a national presence. Otherwise, I prefer Micro Center as their in-stock selection and pricing is better.

    An item on the shelf was marked $0.99. Got to the cashier who scanned the item. The cost $9.99. The item (3 of the same item displayed in the same spot) was incorrectly displayed. I reminded the cashier of the goodwill policy that affirms the customer paying the lesser price. She went back to the spot to see the display and to verify my claim... then called a manager over. Rude manager never made eye contact with me neither addressed me... but grumbled that she will not honor the price as displayed. Needlessly said, I left the item in this store and went and purchased it elsewhere. My money will no longer be spent where there is a lack of decency and courtesy. I took a photo of the display for reference. Do better. Insist that your staff treat customers with respect and honor policies that benefit the customer (too)... not just you. I'm actually a returning customer... but I won't be purchasing from this location ever again.

    I visited Best Buy to return a television which was too small for the intended use. During checkout, I shared with customer service representative Dakota that I would be back to purchase a larger television for my HOA’s clubhouse. Dakota went the extra mile and pointed out a Sony representative who was available to answer questions. I had an informative conversation with Sony representative Jay and stated I would be back before Super Bowl Sunday. Thank you Dakota and Jay for proudly representing the Best Buy Brand.
