My dinosaur laptop wouldn't turn on and I was concerned. So I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad at this location and the young African American man (the new hire named Isaiah I think) calmed my fears and said they would be able to pull my data off the laptop. And that's what they did! Isaiah, sir thank you for the great customer service and knowing your stuff! And thanks Geek Squad!!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Best Buy cobb location. I visited yesterday to purchase a back massager priced over $350. Unfortunately, I had lost my physical wallet the day before, but I presented my official Georgia Digital ID via the state-approved app, which is recognized by the GA Department of Driver Services (DDS).
Despite explaining that this is a legal and government-backed form of identification in our state, the associate refused to process my store credit, stubbornly insisting on a physical card. Even after I explained the situation, she showed zero willingness to help or consult a manager.
I’ve checked Best Buy’s policies and even called other locations—nowhere does it state that a legally recognized digital ID is invalid for identity verification. It is ironic and frustrating that a major technology retailer is so behind on adopting digital solutions that the State of Georgia already promotes.
Best Buy needs to better train its staff on modern identification laws and customer service. I walked out without my $350+ purchase because of a lack of common sense and outdated store procedures

Had geek squad warranty on my 4K Blu-ray Player. It stopped working so I brought it in to get a replacement. Instead they ordered a regular Blu-ray player in its place. Then canceled order and told me I have to pay the difference to get the correct replacement. I have to pay for the associate mistake.
