I had scheduled an appointment for only one device, but I actually came in with several Apple devices and was feeling pretty overwhelmed. Grimm was very kind and patient from the beginning. He first helped me with my iPhone, which had been overheating, and he explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He gave me good advice and helped me feel much calmer about the situation. Even though my appointment was only for one device, when he had a small gap in his schedule he took the time to look at my MacBook and also gave me guidance about my iPad and Apple Watch. This was during the busy time end of 2025 but just now I decided to do this review, I have been thinking how people can make a difference in other people life. I felt very well taken care of and truly appreciated his help. I would definitely rate his service a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Grimm!
