  I usually dont do this but all 2025 people been taking from me and I just been giving it to Karma. But not anymore. My dad told me 4 months ago that he wanted a new phone so every month I would put a lil bit of money to the side so I could do that for him as a Christmas present. So last week we went and picked out the phone he wanted but it had to be ordered. The Rep Joe who set it up for me said the phone would be no more than $1100 + $100 fee (idk what he said the fee was for but I was like cool so $1200 I already got the $1000 saved so I can put the $200 and pay it out so I won't have a extra $40 a month charge on my bill for the next 3 years. So fast forward to today I go and pick up the phone and Joe is not in but his coworker Marquise is there and he proceeded to help me at least I thought. So this man tried to charge me double for the phone 😏 he told me the phone was $2000 plus the $100 fee and tax another $175 🤔 so im like no that's not what I discussed with Joe he said he didn't know what Joe was talking about because that phone Galaxy flip 7 was $2000 and if I was getting it it would be at that price so me I hit Google and best buy had the phone for what Joe told me the $1100 they even had one for $900 so I was like nah something ain't right. I showed hit the price that im seeing online for the phone and he made the statement (that what i was seeing online was for a used phone not a new one) so im like I'll past then because I wasn't prepared for a $2000+ bill. So I'm on my way to work and something said stop at another Verizon store and see what they say. So yall why I walk in there and these folks sell me the same phone for $1200 like Joe said it would be 🙄 like I know you lying like why would you try to take from someone especially in this day and time?? So after I explain what happened to the people in the other store they told me horror stories and not only that they just recently tried to keep someone phone who traded it in but didn't know that the person had family who worked for Verizon and once they got wind of what was going on the credit just automatically appeared 🤔 like idk what's going on in that store but baby it's about to end because when I went back to the store now all of a sudden the phone cost $1111 🙄🤣 like what happened to the other $1000 you was telling me it costed then he proceeded to say yeah it wasn't my order Joe place the order so my question was how can he place a $2000 order for a $1100 phone 🤔 he said he ain't got nothing to do with because it wasn't his order he was charging me the amount the order was place for. But after I showed you how much the phone cost on line this guy still debated me down telling me he dont know where I got that info from because that phone is $2000 so when I walk back in there and ask for the quoted price of the phone you look it up now you go into defense mode talking bout oh it's showing $1111 now 🤔 and got mad because I asked for a manager then I asked another one of his coworkers who was the manager she tells me we dont have a manager so I ask so everyone in here just get to do their own thing, she gets quite 🙄 its cool since yall dont want to give me any info to your higher ups I'll just let the whole Savannah know what kind of games yall playing in this store. Because im not the one!!!

  I WANT TO GIVE A HUGE “SHOUT OUT” TO SHAFF!! While I received my newest Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max and a series 11 Apple Watch, it was a smooth transition and I was able to receive extra discounts on my Verizon bill! 🤩 Thank you for going that Extra Mile of Great Customer Service and Support SHAFF!!   Star and Scott was there not helpful and they was texting each other on the phone telling them not to sell us the phone because we were black and they said they don't think we could afford the phone racial profile

  Scott was able to get my phone ringing again today. It would not ring before stopping by the store. Not it is working like before and I can hear my calls coming through. Thank you so much!
