  Came into Verizon yesterday with my phone acting completely crazy. It’s new and I was very concerned that I broke it but luckily I was greeted by Jack at the door. Hands down the best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. He spent the good part of a hour cleaning up my phone and making sure I had no more questions and he also educated me on how to avoid the problems I was dealing with on my phone. Best experience I’ve had in a store in a long time thank you Jack!

  I was having a serious issue with my phone and brought it to the Verizon store first thing this morning. Justin Butler was wonderful and worked with me on getting my phone working again. I have had to return to work but he even helped me figure out how to get the problem solved later today- after work. Great experience. Fabulous customer service. Thank you Justin! I hope Verizon knows how lucky they are to have you!!!

  I’d like to formally complain about Jack. The man who sold me my phone 1.) upon entering the store he attempts to immediately upgrade me without disclosing any information about deals, pricing or terms of the engagement with Verizon 2.) He would say things like “it’ll be around ___$ per month” without disclosing hidden fees, and I’d repeatedly have to ask for transparency around what it costs 3.) he told me I didn’t owe money on my phone. I received a bill for $830 with Verizon. 4.) the account previously was in another family members name, I requested he put it in my name. The MAIN reason I switched to Verizon in the first place. The transfer didn’t take place. My sister who isn’t even a Verizon customer became the account owner, and I spent weeks on the phone trying to regain ownership of the account 5.) My messages don’t work correctly anymore. All my iPhone messages are green, the ownership transfer was incomplete, and I’ve no had to get 3 new eSIM cards and the problem continues to persist DO NOT WORK WITH JACK. He’s not fit to work at Verizon, I’m severely angered and deeply disappointed with this experience.

  My friend and I went to this Verizon store to see if we could get clarity on our bill. We met Pam, who was incredibly helpful in providing detail as to the charges and then taking us through our options for other plans. When Pam learned that my friend is a veteran, she enrolled her at ID.me to check for veteran's discounts for her plan. This will be our Verizon store in the future when we want to discuss options for new plans or devices. Pam's attitude and knowledge and patience are stellar and rare !!

  I had an excellent experience at this Verizon location thanks to the outstanding customer service I received from Brian. From the moment I walked up to the building, he held the door open for me, greeted me warmly, and asked how I was doing. He immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. After I explained my situation with my phone service and the payment arrangement I had made, Brian was quick to take action. He contacted the appropriate representative who handles payment arrangements and worked diligently to find a solution so my service could be turned back on as soon as possible. While I waited, he kindly offered me something to drink and brought me water right away. He stayed with me throughout the process, making sure everything was resolved and that my service was fully restored before I left. Brian was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. His professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I am very grateful for his assistance and truly appreciate the level of service he provided. He is a great representative of Verizon, and I highly recommend working with him.
