I called customer service and the told me to come back at 1 because they set up an appointment for me so I get here at 1245 since they told me to be early and they still aren’t open. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt with daylight savings time but they seem to have just decided not to open. Would give 0 stars if I could

The 2 employees inside refused service, my phone got cut off after only being a few days late on the bill, i set a promise to pay for the 19th of september. Today is the 15th. Phone service cut off. Couldnt transfer money to pay the bill due to having no service. The 2 individuals inside then told me to leave the store instead of letting me connect to the WiFi to get the money transfered and the bill paid. Absolutely the worst service i have ever recieved. The lady told me to go on the app to pay the bill, but how am I supposed to do that if i have no phone service. They then started to judge how i looked, very very unprofessional.
