    최악 이니다.나는 버라이존전화를 약 15년 을 사용했다. 그런데 6월2024년 버라이존 사바나 조지아 매장에 전화비 내려고 같다. 전화비 납부해준 직원이 전화기 한대 사면 한대를 공짜로 준다기에 다른 버라이존번호 전확기를 바꿀려고 구입했다.그리고 잊고 살았다. 약5개월이 지난 무렵 전화비가 많이 청구되기에 버라이존에 청구서메일을 요구했다. 청구서를 받고 보니 내가 쓰지도 않은번호 요금이 매월 120정도씩 청구가 되고있었다. 나는 버라이존 매장에 수십차례 방문 하고 써비스 센터에도 전화하고 해도 지금까지 6개월이 지났다고 해결 되지 않고 있다. 버라이존 회사는 아주 못되 먹은 회사로 생각됀다. 이제는 소비자 고발 센터에 신고하고, 법원에 정신적, 물질적 손해보상 천구를 하려고 준비한다.

    I'm extremely disappointed, I did an instore pick up for my father who is working out of state. I gave him instructions to tell the reps all we needed was to move the sim card over from his old phone to his new phone. Some girl told him that "the phone doesn't have a sim card tray" which is a blatant lie. The S25FE has a sim card slot. This is super frustrating because he has to find his way to a best buy to have them do it. 0 stars if I could.

    It was that time again for my son and I to get new cell phones and we could not have picked a better associate!! Brandon was an absolute gem. Very kind, knowledgeable, and willing to put up with me🙂 Thank you Brandon!!

    I have had a Verizon Account it came to Savannah after Alltel. I recently visited the Abercorn Store for phone issues on my business account. Tiffany Young assisted me and has not just told me what to do, but has gone above and beyond to assist with issues. I must say it has been a long time since customer service has been so good. She is amazing. I recommend Tiffany Young for all your Verizon needs. If she can’t, she will definitely find who can.
