- DMDooyul MoonJan 7, 20261.0최악 이니다.나는 버라이존전화를 약 15년 을 사용했다. 그런데 6월2024년 버라이존 사바나 조지아 매장에 전화비 내려고 같다. 전화비 납부해준 직원이 전화기 한대 사면 한대를 공짜로 준다기에 다른 버라이존번호 전확기를 바꿀려고 구입했다.그리고 잊고 살았다. 약5개월이 지난 무렵 전화비가 많이 청구되기에 버라이존에 청구서메일을 요구했다. 청구서를 받고 보니 내가 쓰지도 않은번호 요금이 매월 120정도씩 청구가 되고있었다. 나는 버라이존 매장에 수십차례 방문 하고 써비스 센터에도 전화하고 해도 지금까지 6개월이 지났다고 해결 되지 않고 있다. 버라이존 회사는 아주 못되 먹은 회사로 생각됀다. 이제는 소비자 고발 센터에 신고하고, 법원에 정신적, 물질적 손해보상 천구를 하려고 준비한다.
