He was supportive with each phone, even those that were remote. Adam is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I think he is there on Thursdays.

The tablet ends up costing a fortune and the TV channels that are supposed to be free cost over $30 a month so very disappointed about an empty promise and very inaccurate description. It almost felt like a been in a used car sales lot. We should do better.
