  Normally, going to set up a new cell phone plan is like going to the DMV- a long, painful and soul draining experience. We visited this location because it had a higher rating than other locations and I now I understand why. Our Sales Rep Ty took us on the whole journey from explaining the options available to the purchase of the phones and the cellular plan, all with a very patient and informative approach. After we left the store, Ty even followed up with us over the next week to make sure our set up went well and to ensure we were taking full advantage of Verizon's perks and discounts. Overall, I would recommend this location, and specifically Ty, 100 times out of 100.

  Rashad at this location was an absolute boss to work with! He took care of everything I needed within sixty (60) minutes of my arrival, and offered information that I would have otherwise not been aware of during my experience.

  The salesman who helped order my iPhone 17 was fine - quick and easy experience said it would be there in a 2-3 days. I received an alert that my phone was delivered to the store so I called to confirm. A woman initially told me that it had arrived and then said..."uh wait no, never mind, it hasn't arrived yet, we'll call you when it does". I told her I received a notification that it did arrive but she assured me I was wrong. (I knew this was bs) I grabbed my keys and was at the store 10 minutes later and guess what was sitting on the front table - my cell phone along with my paperwork. Hmmmmm. Guess they're comfortable with lying straight to their customer's face (figuratively speaking). There's no excuse for that.

  I went to Verizon the one in Sandy Springs Ty taking care of me he’s very professional he knows what he’s doing He gave me a good deal im end up taking 3 lines I’m very satisfied , I will recommend him to my friends . . 💪🏾♥️

  I had a great experience with Autumn. She was very kind and sweet with my wife and our little baby, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We came to this store after visiting another Verizon location where the salesperson had very poor customer service and zero energy. The difference was huge. Autumn was the best — professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend her!
