    If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have never experienced such rudeness, audacity and compete unprofessionalism as I experienced at this store. A simple question to a compete moron posted up behind the desk turned into an argument between myself, him, (no name badge and he got smart once again when I ask for his name) Jason and Colby came out to join. There was ONE real man there who didn’t come join in on jumping all over a customer. First of all, it was a simple question regarding options for returning upgrades and all I got was smart remarks like “we wouldn’t waive upgrade fees here” and “you got what u get” the next guy after I asked for someone who wasn’t rude was just as rude and said he explained it well. How about look up the account, listen to and help the customer?! The loyalty department sure did after I reported yall and was about to cancel 20 years of service. How shameful. Guess what I was correct and qualified for the deal I was trying to ask about, but the employee couldn’t allow me to speak. Every employee working at 10 am Sunday 11/30 should be fired, besides the one guy who didn’t feel more like a man by jumping on a woman. NEVER again will I or anyone I know, use the store. FYI to everyone in Rome, if they treated me like that, they are treating your moms and grandmas the same….

    Great team, Bernard worked on a problem I had with a phone sold by authorized dealer who messed up my account and he went way above and beyond to resolve my problem! He was awesome.
