  Sadly, our sweet cat, Wisley, became seriously ill on a late Friday afternoon. Unfortunatey, it was just as an icy winter storm was hitting the area through the weekend. I did all I could for poor Wisley, but I knew I would need to make a hard decision by Monday. I called around to check availability for an appointment and I found that the friendliest reception came from VCA Catoosa. I had previously boarded Wisley in their facilities and used VCA emergency center in Chattanooga, but I had not been here previously. I found the atmosphere to have a nice, small town feel. That was reassuring, since having to say goodby to a family cat that was so loved by my husband, dog and another cat was tough. I was met by veterinarian Samantha Durden with a sweet smile and reassurance that it was the right decision. I was truly emotional, and the assistants involved were very sensitive to my situation. Also, Samantha was empathetic and understanding. I left with a hair sample, paw print and case for a photo. This small keepsake was nice and helps with the void one feels when leaving :) From my experience at VCA Catoosa — which was a very difficult moment for me, I would recommend this hospital/clinic. Caring and understanding is essential when it comes to our family pets and they were exceptional.

  I absolutely love this place! We moved here from another state and I have found my new vet! The staff is really friendly and the vets are very informative! 10/10!!! They were super helpful and cared so much for my baby girl!

  Brought my foster dog here today and they were great. Had her in and out in 15 minutes. Definitely recommend.

  Absolutely love how they don't respond to this review, proof they are crooks. Don't make them rich and take advantage of you. I have been taking my dog here for years. Someone had recently dropped off kittens to my front door and I have been feeding them because my kids and I are animal lovers. They are skittish but love me and my kids. It was a brother and sister I'm sure. They need to be fixed so dozens of litters don't appear. I am a single dad and am only trying to resolve a problem in the future and not loaded with money. I called to get the female spayed and a rabies vaccine. They wanted 800$. Evident their is zero compassion here and they are just trying to lace their pockets. It blew my mind. I will not be taking my animals here ever again. Years of visits right down the drain due to greed. My dog no longer goes here after this. I will never spend another cent in this establishment. Looks like they can't afford the remodel that was done and now the consumers are forced to pay it by outrageous fees associated to this dishonest place.
