  My Fiance and I went to this location yesterday and it was an incredible experience! We were greeted by Solomon who was a blast to work with! He helped us switch me from T-Mobile to my fiances verizon line and he got me set up with a new Samsung flip and he picked the coral color just based off of my personality! He helped us transfer everything over, we had great conversations the whole entire time and he got us on the Verizon internet as well! He got my screen protector put on for me and just really took great care of us! I have never had such great customer service in my life! Solomon is the best employee and person ever! Truly thankful for an amazing experience and easy transition! Thank you Solomon 😊

  My wife and I went in to upgrade her phone Dec 5th 2025. We unfortunately had the worst experience with the sales rep Chris and the manager Ish! We went to purchase a specific phone and a specific watch and told Chris numerous times what we wanted and yet he still ordered both the wrong phone and the wrong watch. In order to get the mistake corrected we had to wait to get the wrong phones in the mail and order the right ones. Which we had to pay for both orders each time. This resulted in 5 seperate trips back and forth to this Verizon store that we had to sit and wait for an hour with no resolution. The first time we brought back the wrong phones to this Rincon store to return them, we were told we had to mail them back. We also found out that both the phone and watch were in stock! We were very pissed that we had to order these devices when the store had them in inventory the first day we were there! After the new years, we finally went to the store in Pooler who helped us set up a return order to ship them back. We are still as of 1/30/2026 waiting for our refund for the incorrect phone order. Julia at the Rincon location was the only rep to help us as both Chris and Ish were useless! I have been a customer with Verizon for 21 years and was a Verizon representative from 2005-2012 and never treated a customer with this much garbage. We will never upgrade our phones again with Verizon after this ordeal!

  Tried to show a little kindness and understanding when they were unable to help me, yet was met with rudeness and attitude, from the managers no less as they so boastfully let me know! Later, come to find out, they absolutely could’ve helped me but chose not to because they wouldn’t personally be making the sale. I understand we’re all human and we all make mistakes and we all have to make a living, but there is absolutely no need to speak to customers in such a manner. Especially to someone, who again, was showing understanding and kindness despite not being helped. One would think the “leaders” of the store would be able to atleast show a little human decency and be good role models for their employees, but I guess not!

  ⚠️ Avoid the Verizon in Rincon! ⚠️ I went in just to upgrade my phone and told Chris NOT to add a second phone number to my account. He did it anyway. Now I have a second phone number on my phone that I never asked for. If you make the mistake of going here, check your receipt and your bill carefully—don’t trust Chris to follow your instructions. I reported to a manager who was very apologetic, but I do NOT recommend this location. Hopefully other Verizon stores handle accounts properly.

  I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Ryan, Cheyenne, and Kishaun at the Springfield Verizon store, which exceeded the support I received from Apple's 3.5-hour, three-person phone call.
