    The Doctor and her support were excellent. My dog appears to be doing very well. The Doctor underestimated the charges by 700 dollars which put me in a bad financial spot. In my opinion, that is bad business. Good Doctor, but bad Business Person.

    At first I thought they were pretty nice and caring but after today I'm pretty annoyed and no longer think that. I adopted a kitten which unfortunately has ringworm. I brought her in last week suspecting she had picked it up from the shelter or Petfix. I asked for an exam and to also check her ears out. I understand a PCR takes a few days but they already said it was ringworm after taking her to the back and they give me a toxic mousse (look at the reviews for the product MiconaHex+Triz you can get it over the counter and some cats have died from it. It's a good thing I research products before using it even if a vet gives it to me) for her ears instead of giving the oral medication which they want to charge way more than the prescription on chewy. It's a week she could have been getting something that works instead they just gave me some over the counter product which can cause respiratory issues leading to death EVEN IF YOU APPLY IT PROPERLY. I've been doing lime sulfur dips and made an appointment with my usual vet. I'll not be coming back to any VCA clinics with that kind of care and also the costs are sooo much higher. At least have better care if you're going to charge so much. I gave two stars instead of one because at least the vet tech and lady on the phone was nice.

    This place has went down hill. I would not take your pets here. You will wait half a day before you get see and the you will over pay as well. There are other vets and they are better and cheaper to.

    Very helpful with getting everything we needed for our Cat! This will be our go to animal clinic from now on. Very friendly staff as well!

    I really appreciate the pleasant service I receive as soon as I walk in the door at Webb! The lady's up front and at check out are always so friendly, the kennel staff know my dogs and greet them by name. Our Doctor is Dr. Emily and she is awesome and very helpful. I like to treat my animals as natural as possible and she takes the time to look up and help me with that as much as possible. Dr. Emily is my favorite. I have met Dr. Card also, he is a close second and my Mom's favorite.
