    Very disappointed this morning. I had called last week to ask about a dog that had issues of excitement and being over-stimulated (especially in new places). I explained the back ground and that he had not been vetted. Keep in mind there were discussions on the phone with me doing my best to be up front before coming in for the appointment. This morning arriving for the appointment, the receptionist said they would take him for the drop off this time and that it would be $500., which I already expected. And then told me she still couldn't take him because my neighbor handed him over to me and they needed proof of ownership. I offered his number and before I left I requested him being checked for a microchip. All this would have been fine if it hadn't been discussed already and if I had been made aware before I drove the hour to the clinic. And to make the dog wait an extra two hours to see the vet without being in a kennel would not work. I am an experienced pet owner with two big dogs that are neutered and professionally trained. I want to do right by this one as well. Again, the information was there and a call before making the trip would have solved this. I do want to thank the young lady that helped me get him back into my vehicle and checked for a chip (none).

    The Doctor and her support were excellent. My dog appears to be doing very well. The Doctor underestimated the charges by 700 dollars which put me in a bad financial spot. In my opinion, that is bad business. Good Doctor, but bad Business Person.

    Love their personal touch , they made my daughter feel at ease when she brought our Collin in, Its her 1st fur baby. I have been going to Webb's forever , with all my fur children. Always been happy with them.

    I wanted to say a huge thank you my dog had parvo and was on the verge on death through yall guideince and giving what you could even though I diddnt have all the money one of u even cleaned my shoes off I wanted to let you know she is alive and happy and back to herself thank you for ur help saving apart of our family.

    The doctors and staff are stellar! We walked in without an appointment because our dog had a seizure and they took us in right in despite having never been there before! The doctor and the assistants were very patient and very attentive to our fur baby! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with pets/animals.
