I am very pleased with my service today !!! Chantel was very helpful and respectful the whole entire time. Any questions I had she answered without any hesitation and got me exactly what I needed , despite the being busy she multitasked and got me and another customer out the way without any issues. Why does the manager tell me to call customer service before he can help me with my issue. If I am a manager, I will never tell a customer to call customer service. I will help that customer myself even if it means calling customer service for them or calling together. How does Verizon allow a manager to have less power than customer service? I have been to locations where an employee will have to make a call for assistance with a matter, but they have never told me I have to call customer service myself. You are a manager if you tell me to call customer service you have done nothing for me except not help with my issue. It's unacceptable. The attitude of the employees overall was unprofessional and condescending. My issue was straightforward and not difficult. The store decided that telling me to call customer service was the best way to deal with my issue. Unreal.

Wonderful customer service! Figured out that my plan while at home, is not sufficient in the greater Savannah area sadly and it seems that the area is due for an infrastructure upgrade to handle the amount of bandwidth being used.
