I will help that customer myself even if it means calling customer service for them or calling together. How does Verizon allow a manager to have less power than customer service? I have been to locations where an employee will have to make a call for assistance with a matter, but they have never told me I have to call customer service myself. You are a manager if you tell me to call customer service you have done nothing for me except not help with my issue. It's unacceptable. The attitude of the employees overall was unprofessional and condescending. My issue was straightforward and not difficult. The store decided that telling me to call customer service was the best way to deal with my issue. Unreal.
