  I have had a terrible experience with this company. If I could rate less than zero, I would. Absolutely terrible communication, no follow up on cancelations, etc. The first time our TV was supposed to be installed, the TV was broken. Then the tech that came out did not want to put our old TV back up (although it was not our fault). He pitched a little fit like a 2 year old. He put it up, but there was a lot of huffing. THEN the service had to be rescheduled. Today, we have had installation people out but no TV. Then, the TV was supposed to be delivered between 1-5pm. It is now 5PM, I called only to find out that the 2nd TV was broken and has to be rescheduled again. NO, I am not happy - This will be THREE days that I have had to take off work for this nonsense. I did get offered a 10% gift card, but NO I dont want a 10% gift card that I have to use at Best Buy. I will not be buying from there again because this is ridiculous. My husband is a retired Marine, this was his Christmas gift and all you can offer me is a 10% gift card for my troubles? We have shopped at Best Buy in the pas (TVs, sound systems, and had radio and car installations) NEVER AGAIN.

  My wife took her (under warranty) laptop here for a repair while I was out of town. She got talked into a $170 subscription to be seen and they couldn't repair the computer. To contact them is impossible since it routes to a call center instead of the local desk where the computer is. It took hours to confirm to just give us the laptop back, and now I am stuck fighting to get this membership refunded. I don't agree with bait-and-switch, zero communication channels, and caveats on top of caveats with warranty issues. Never again.

  Called them and set up an appointment for Saturday 10 a.m.5/25/24. Confirmed its now Sunday and I haven't seen or heard from them.

  If I could give negative 100 stars I would. My iPhone was having issues and so my husband took it to geek squad to fix it. After they “fixed” it they gave it to my husband but the screen went blank. When my husband showed them they took the phone and told him they would fix it. They asked if we have iCloud and he said yes. However, they never said they would wipe my phone and did not explain what they were going to do to my phone or what was wrong. Well, they wiped my phone and all the photos I have of my daughter and family that I will NEVER get back. When my husband got home he showed me and told me what happened. We went back to the store and asked to speak with a manager. After explaining the situation and asking the manager of there was anything he could do he said probably not and went to the back for probably about 10 minutes and another manager went back with him for another few minutes. When they came out, they were incredibly rude and told me they had video footage of my husband coming in and that they asked if they could wipe the phone. They also said they spoke to the person who fixed my phone and they said that she said she asked. They claimed that because they asked if we had iCloud that was them getting permission to wipe my phone. Again they never said they were wiping my phone and when we went in to ask. The two managers we dealt with were incredibly rude and had a very bad attitude.
