  Getting help with a warranty replacement could not have been easier. Brianah was professional, helpful and very patient - it's a BIG decision to pick the right color. :-P She's nailing it at customer service!!!! Thank you so much for your thoroughness and assistance!!!!

  Brianah went above and beyond to help me today! She was friendly, helpful and helped get my fan fixed. She explained many things to me about my products at home and answered all my questions. Dyson is lucky to have her and I hope she helps me again!!!

  When our goofy teenage boys accidentally vacuumed up a a small wooden stick, they punctured one of the hoses. We took it here, and Todd came out and got the vacuum in the back immediately. He found the problem AND replaced it in 10 minutes at no charge. He looked it up and saw we were still under warranty. Amazing experience! THIS is why you pay the extra money for a Dyson vacuum.

  In and out within 10 minutes. No line, easy QR check in, super courteous/helpful staff, and best of all fixed!! I had a reference number from contacting Dyson online but he didn't really need it (personal troubleshooting). 10/10 recommend and will be back next time I have any issues. Super pleased with this location.

  Last week when I was using my vacuum the power got shorted and the vacuum burnt out. On November 11, I took it to the Norcross, GA service center location to fix it. The customer service representative came in and mentioned that I have to book a service request online with the serial number. He explained that the motor is covered under warranty and some additional parts need to be replaced, so the cost would be $130. The service request status came as "new" and there were no updates for almost 5 days till Saturday. I contacted the 1-800 number and they also didn't have a "service option" and Google provided a disconnected number, making me visit in person again to the service center. Can Dyson service centers not update a working phone number on their website for service requests? So on Saturday, after 5 days, when I went to the service center for a status check, the same representative came. He was rude and abrasive, and started mentioning that there will be NO updates until the job is completed. We will get a text when my machine is ready for pickup. When I questioned the business process method about ambiguity of the status, he was abusive and showed his true colors of being a person unfit for that job. Either the company which claims that they are revolutinizing aero dynamics technology should have clear business model or pleasant and knowledgeable customer service representative in their work force. I'm quite confused how my device repair will be done and if I will need to encounter the same customer service representative again to resolve it. Please BEWARE! Update: after posting, I got my vacuum back. They apparently forgot they are in the vacuum cleaning business. They did the repairs, but the machine was dirtier than when I left it. Let's pray that nothing else goes wrong so I won't have to visit this service center again. I'm enclosing the picture of my vacuum in the showroom for your paining pleasure.
