  The customer service is great and the store is clean and organized inside. It’s never busy because the plaza is always empty, so it’s great to come to when you just need to pay your phone bill quickly.

  I came into cricket with numerous of problems from my newly purchased phone that I got from target. I was greeted by the store manager, yasmin, I believe the store was located in 5050 JIMMY Carter Blvd norcross GA. She was very professorial and knowledgable and assisted with my concerns. She was able to resolve all of my issues. Not only did she resolve my issyes she went above and beyond from what I expects to receive. She helped me set up my new phone, helped me prepare my warranty exchange, and instructed me on what to do when my warranty phone came in. I was considering switching but do to her exceptional service I'm staying with cricket. Thank you to yasmin. She was great.
