She was able to resolve all of my issues. Not only did she resolve my issyes she went above and beyond from what I expects to receive. She helped me set up my new phone, helped me prepare my warranty exchange, and instructed me on what to do when my warranty phone came in. I was considering switching but do to her exceptional service I'm staying with cricket. Thank you to yasmin. She was great.
