- YPyoo park4 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. I was told the repair would be free, but was later charged $163 When I called, they said the person who told me that is on vacation and unreachable. This is not acceptable customer service.

I was greeted quickly by Brennan, who assessed the issue with my vacuum and asked if I could wait while he took it into the back. A few minutes later he returned with my vacuum, now working, after Brennan removed a particularly bad obstruction. He showed me how to do it myself, if the problem happened again. Best of all, he didn't charge me!!

Best decision! The staff were all super kind and helpful. They found that my cord was damaged internally and replaced it. Since it’s still under warranty, it was completely free. The employees were incredibly kind and helpful to everyone who walked in and one of them even offered to carry a product out to an older customer’s car, which I thought was really thoughtful. Highly recommend!
