I went to the Nashville store at 6pm on December 5th hoping to get an upgrade on a phone I have had for a couple years now and I wish I got the lady's name, but I didn't. We walked in asking for an upgrade and she told us it would be 50 minutes to an hour which is fine because the store closes at 7pm. We mentioned how there was 50 minutes until 7pm and she said she was closing the store in 30 minutes. She was just there playing on her phone. Worst Verizon I have ever been to.
