Oh, no problem, they said I can help you with this first thing they try to do. Sell you a contract waste my time for an hour and 30 minutes. Tell me they can save me money well. On a monthly phone card, it was only $35 with st talk. They wanted a $138 a month and then telling me that they would give me a free $600 phone I almost fell down on the floor laughing, needless to say, I never did you get in either time? To get what I asked for this place totally sucks. Please stay away from this place unless absolutely necessary. Be in command. of high pressure salesman. We do not need

However, I lost a lot of important files, including voicemails that I had downloaded from my deceased father, because the store employees promised me that all of my files were saved in some sort of cloud. It appears the file cloud is some sort of iPhone feature. It is not available for my Samsung. Yet the employees didn't know this? Or just wanted me out of the store because the cash cow had already been milked.
