I was nervous about trying another store due to the multiple problems I was having & even thought about changing providers. When I walked in Brandon was so nice! He answered all my questions, fixed my phone, gave me more information about my phone plan, advice, and made me feel comfortable! Even though this verizon is a hour from my house this will be the ONLY one I go to going forward! Thanks so much Brandon for your patience and time!
