- NHNoreen HeadleyMar 12, 20241.0A complete waste of time. In store staff said it could be the charger port and had to be sent away because the only way to fix that is with soldering. Once in Kentucky they advised the entire motherboard needed to be replaced because they couldn't just replace the port. There was nothing wrong with the motherboard, it was just the plcharger and the replacement motherboard would cost $740. The computer only cost $550 when it was purchased brand new 14 months ago. I did not get my deposit back. A complete waste of time and money for overpriced services. Took too long to get the computer to the center for diagnostic and back.
