Ordered a device on the 6th . The " Roadie " delivery driver stole my package and I have gotten a replacement or refund and been calling everyday since it happened with no help. Filed a police report and alll. Ver frustrated. Walmart would of been had this situation handled.

There wasn’t a lot of help in the store. I was looking for a new computer and needed help understanding the differences but a staff member cleaning told me that there aren’t many staff there and the wait time for someone is very long. It looks like there’s only the workers in the geek squad and the one person at the front who is basically a cashier. I know technology and ChatGPT has made it easier to compare products, but surely you should have some knowledgeable staff to help the people. It feels like there’s not enough money to pay employees and it shows. They are typically $50-$100 more on laptop than Walmart but they have much better stock at Best Buy and the full variety of laptops whereas at Walmart you have to drive around sometimes and online will tell you they have something and it won’t. I still shop at Best Buy but this location was having a rough day.
