  I placed an curbside order for a tv and these liars told me the order didnt go through. So i went in the store and purchased it. Jus to get home and see the curbside in fact DID go thru so now im missing over $1000 in my account!! They also somehow separated the order into two different payments- $1186 and $92. Yet only the $92 is showing refunded. These people are scammers thats not a system glitch or anything else when the lesser charge is the only one refunded and my purchase was separated after being lied to. This was intentional/planned. Shady business. No im not going to contact you on a damn social media page, so save the fake concerns

  Went to Best Buy in McDonough GA on 2/12/26 to buy an Apple speaker. We stood and waited for 10 minutes asked for help and no one helped. 4 different Best Buy employees walked past us and tried very hard to not look. Will not visit this store ever again.

  The staff in store are great. The problem I had was when Best Buy shipped a laptop to my house and it got lost in transit. They would not give me a refund until they received the laptop back. It’s lost, not my fault but they would not refund me. DO NOT HAVE THEM SHIP ANYTHING TO YOUR HOUSE!!!

  I would give zero stars. I was trying to call and see we could order 42 tvs and 42 basic tablets and it would’ve been a great profit for you guys but can’t get anyone on the phone or get past your stupid AI phone agent. Lost me.
