I called the Mac space, someone answered by the second ring and wasn’t too sure of what I was talking about. But she went and asked a guy in the back!! Real life customer service and voluntarily helpful?!?!? I didn’t know those people still existed. Not only was I blown away by the customer service, but they also HAD THE CABLE!! 10/10 would recommend.

In the end, the cost for both laptops was very reasonable, and I never felt like they were trying to upsell us on things we did not need. This is a gem of a Mac repair shop. Thank you for helping us!
