  Walked in this place to enquire about getting a couple phones. The lady was with another customer and never bothered to greet us or acknowledge us, Spanish music blasting in the store and most of the information is in Spanish, I guess cricket isn't interested in doing business with any other type of people, we walked out and went to the other cell phone store next door.

  Friday evening I went into this location to change my phone number over to my new phone after my last one was stolen. I have never had such wonderful service at a cricket location. Monique and the girl she was working with, (I cannot remember her name I believe it started with an R, maybe Ruby?) were so sweet and fast I was out of there within 10 minutes with a brand new phone! Normally I tell people that cricket is cheap but their customer service isn’t great and I was proven wrong with this location last night. This is the only location I will be going to from now on!

  Even though the cricket place that was near me,is no longer there this place is not that far and they treated me right. Took good care of me.2 tumb up
