- JRJennifer RobinsonNov 9, 20225.0I had an amazing experience at this location. Teresa was exceptional and found answers to questions she didn't know. While her co worker took facetime calls and simply told me I need a new phone, Teresa was patient and did everything she knew how to do. She even went a step futher and called Cricket Customer Care, waited on hold for 10 plus minutes and worked hard to fix my issues. I left the store with a fixed phone. Thanks again Teresa! Your level of Customer Service is needed at every office.
