Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Niko. He seemed like he was on my side from the start. Told me I was over paying and what I could get with verizon. We decided on 2 Galaxy s25 ultra. I was told there was a promo for free phones but with what I had chosen it would be $10 a month per phone. I was told the cost per line was $60.
He calls around to different stores and locates 2 phones. Has someone read him the numbers off the phones so he can "assign them to me that way they are mine when they come in and wont be givn to omeone else". A week later, because Niko was either out of town or working at a different location, I finally go to get my phones. He is very much in a hurry to leave - I know because he kept saying he had to get out of there and checking his watch, even though I went in at the agreed upon time. We got everything switched from my old phones to the new ones. I was told watches still were not in and no internet modems were available. He peeled out of the parking lot before I made it to my car.
I get home only to realize that one of the phones never finished transferring the data from the old phone and the other phone did not have any service. I text Niko at the number he had given me and had been communicating with me on and got no response. I had to call Verizon and spend an hour on the phone with them trying to figure out what part of set up he left off on so they could walk me through how to finish it. A few days go by and I reach out to him about the internet and watches. He says there are still no watches but we agreed on a time I could come in to get the internet set up. I walked in and he was with another customer so I was greeted by a different associate. No problem, I just needed to get my internet going so I could close out my T mobile account. The guy did not seem to know what I was talking about or wanted. Niko finished with the customer he had and took over. He told me I should go write a negative review about the guy who greeted me and tried to help because "he doesnt do anything and they are tired of it". He then told me my address was not covered by Verizon internet. I checked before asking and he checked and verified the first time I was in there. When I called him out, he said he would check again. Not to my suprise, my area was covered. Then he told me it was only covered by bad internet and that I would not like it. He tried desperately to talk me out of it, even going as far as getting another associate to agree with him. I insisted amd told him I wanted to try it anyway as I had done my research amd it looked like it would do what I needed. He does what he needs with the modem and tries to get me out the door. I then ask about my bill. He looks shocked and pulls up my account amd still does not see the issue. I remind him what the prices should be amd he says he will correct it.
Fast forward and my bill is due but he still has not adjusted it. I reach out via text, no response.not surprised at this point. I have to spend 2 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service on two different occasions explaining my experience, what happened, and what my bill should be. Luckily they took care of it.
I was just going to drop it. I don't have watches but at this point don't want them because it's not worth the hassle. I don't want to deal with him or that store ever again and I will not. But the straw that broke the camels back and led me here is the screen protector. I told him I had a screen protector I had purchased through T mobile that had an unlimited warranty that allowed me to go in at any time and get it replaced. I asked if they had something like that and he immediately said they did. He then sold me two screen protectors. He told me I needed to register them and handed me two cards. It is almost a month later and I am sitting down to register the screen protectors. Turns out he did not give me what I wanted and asked for. He sold me a screen protector that, when registered, will reimburse me $100 if i have to reissue a brown screen.. not at all what I asked for.

My family has been loyal Verizon Customers for years. My wife was due for an upgrade, and was going to transfer onto my account. She got a message stating, “Get IPhone 17 Pro, on us when you upgrade this holiday season”
We get there and go to transfer her account onto mine. The man in the store tells us that they cannot due this in the store, and to tell us to call a number. We call the number, and it is an automated system that doesn’t even give us the option to transfer the account. We end up calling Verizon support and spend 45 minutes on the phone with a support employee from Verizon in the Verizon parking lot. There was a heavy language barrier and was getting a lot of information wrong over the phone. Labeled my wife’s name wrong, trying to transfer the wrong numbers, etc. It would have been better and easier to transfer with the employee in the store.
The next thing: I had a promo to add a free line onto my account. When we added my wife, my bill went from $130 to $250. I brought this to the employee’s attention and they let us know that that was only for non Verizon customers. Since my wife was moving from Verizon to Verizon, it is ineligible. That was NOT previously discussed prior to adding my wife to my account.
The second thing was the promo my wife got. The “Get iPhone 17 on us.”
Since she transferred to my account, she was now not eligible for the promo.
Both of these things were not previously discussed prior to transferring my wife’s accounts, and felt like the employees purposefully withheld information to make us pay more.
They wanted us to pay $250 a month for 3 lines. We immediately left and went to a different carrier where we are saving $190 per month. Verizon only supports other carrier customers, but have no support for their current customers.
We are deeply disappointed and we plan on never coming back.

We really love Steven Brune. We just bought new phones and there were some issues. Steven took his time and fixed all of our problems (and we had many). I love this store and Steven will be our guy from now on.
