After going online and placing an order only to find out another store didn’t have the phone I needed when I walked in the store I was greeted by him and the other young lady working. After he finished with his customer he helped me through the process of upgrading my phone. He enjoys what he does and it shows. I’m extremely grateful

The manager Paris did not inform me on so many additional charges I would incur if I accepted the promo offered. I originally upgraded to Iphone 17 Air then 2 hrs later decided I wanted the 17 Pro. I returned to the same location. It was a headache trying to exchange phones. I was in the store for over 3 hrs while I had Verizon customer service on the phone because the manager Paris would not assist me. I was told by Paris to come back 24 hrs later so I could swap. A few days later I received my “next bill” it was double the amount I was told I’d pay as well as my estimated monthly bill was extremely higher than what she mentioned. I sat on the phone with Verizon for over an hr on 11/20 and was told I could return the one device (IPad) back to the store and lower my bill. I returned to the store 2 days later and was told by one associate that I could not return the device as there was no manager there, he would get in trouble and it would reflect bad on their #s if I returned the device. Then he got another associate Dee & she said i couldn’t return it today & if I return tomorrow when Paris is back I’d have to pay $50 restocking fee. I called Verizon customer service again & was told by several people that information was a lie as I’m supposed to return the device where purchased and they were delaying the process because it affects their #s and commission. They are an independent store. I’ve been with Verizon for years and NEVER dealt with a headache like this. I STRONGLY encourage you to avoid this location.
