We went in just wanting to upgrade a phone but they insisted that we get free devices and our plan would only change by a couple of dollars. LIES. Also they made us drive all the way up there just to say they gave the iphone 17 max away. I purchased a phone case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max for $61. Once I got home, I realized that it was visibly cheap. The case had not been used — I only inspected it. I then bought a replacement from another store and decided to return the first one (it was on my way home from work). When I entered the store to request a refund: • One employee immediately tried to persuade me to keep the case. • I asked another staff member to process a refund, but he said refunds are “at the manager’s discretion.” • When the manager/supervisor arrived, she flatly refused to issue a refund — despite the case being brand new, unused, and in perfect condition. • I pushed further (“Are you serious?”), and the staff’s body language and tone belied discomfort, as though they were embarrassed or annoyed to be issuing the refund. The entire interaction came off as unprofessional, dismissive, and unfair. The store itself is stripped — minimal furniture, just a handful of staff — giving the impression it’s struggling or borderline closing. My warning to prospective customers: • Don’t count on this store honoring reasonable returns, even on unopened items. • The staff may try to stall or push you to keep inferior merchandise. • This location (Victra-Verizon at 7230 Stonecrest Pkwy) lacks professionalism, transparency, and customer respect. This will be my last time shopping there.
