  This place is terrible. Most people are having the same experience here. Terrible customer service. Moving forward i will not do business at a Victra verizon location due to the incompatibility with corporate stores. Things that should be easy aren't, task that should be simple are difficult and it makes no sense. This place is managed poorly and it reflects in the inability of non management employees to do anything besides speak on things that they have no knowledge of. Specifically how the changes they make will alter your bill.They either dont know or are willfully deceiving for inflated sales numbers. There are maybe two employees in this store that I wish would find another verizon to work at, the rest need to find a new line of work. This is our community and we have to weed out these poorly ran businesses so new, well ran customer focused businesses can replace them.

  Only go to this store if you want to get scammed. My husband purchased some items for Christmas and realize we no longer needed them. We are within our 30 days to return and that's when the problems occurred. We go back to this location on a Saturday. Told that only a manager can return the items. One young lady did try to contact customer service to help but it wasn't any help. I didn't like how we had to call customer service on our phone like the store didn't have a phone. Only for the young lady to walk off with our phone all in the back of the store like we don't have personal things on our phone. We were told the manager would be back on Monday. Go back on Monday. Manager still not at the store and no one knows when she will be back. Realizes other customers were there to return but having the same problem. No one would call the store manager to see when she would be there. Go back today and still not there. Come to find out the manager does be there but acting like she not the store manager or won't come out on the floor to help the customer. I asked the guys to contact the DM that's was a no. Go to .another location and they contacted the DM Vanessa and she was very helpful. The Stonecrest location are full of scammers and liars. They will take your money making you think the items are for free and not. The manager never at work to help the customers in need.

  Paris Niya and Diana were great. Ported from AT&T and their customer service was phenomenal. Very thorough and had me in and out! Highly recommend this location.

  This has been one of the most horrible customer experience I ever had. The employees are dishonest, sneaky, are only concerned about commission. I was lied too, devices put on my account which I did not order. I had to pay a restocking fee for a phone which I never took possession of. I could make this bad review much longer, instead, I will stop with this. Once I'm out of this store at Stonecrest mall, I will never visit again.

  Being that I had to return to the store to get a issue resolution, Kristen was overall patient, professional, and delivered a resolution with no rebuddle, I'm thankful!!See her when you visit!
