  The worst experience ever! I arrived at 11 AM to get a new phone. There was no wait at first, but because the girl could not get the phone activated after I waited 2 hours, I told her that I would go run errands while she called the customer service to get help on what she needed to do to get my activation finished. So, between 11 AM and 7 PM, I left and came back 5 times to check on the progress of my phone because the girl could not activate it correctly. She even had to call her boss to come to the store from home to help her and they didn't have my phone ready until 7PM, A WHOLE 8 HOURS LATER!!!! I also purchased a SIM card for $10, and she never inserted it into my new phone. When I called back to ask about it later, she says she would pay for it out of her pocket, because she's not sure what happened to it. CRAZY! I have not received the SIM card to this day even though I have my receipt for it. Do yourself a favor and go to another location and do not go to the Cricket Thornton road location...the service is horrible!

  All the girls here are lovely, they always find a solution to my problem! They go above and beyond and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. Cindy S. was a great asset to the store and I have not seen her lately, hope to see her soon!
