    Kind vet and techs with a super friendly bedside manner BUT before informing me or getting my permission (I was in the bathroom), they gave my newly adopted dog an EXPENSIVE flea/heartworm med that they also charged me for, during a free initial visit. Although she needed it, I hadn't budgeted for it and it was too late to do anythingabout it when I walked in = NOT COOL. The bill for a follow-up visit for more vaccines and flea/heartworm meds was really pricey, too, so I'll be returning to my old vet.

    My HUGE thanks to Dr Andrea Manzano for her warm & compassionate attitude towards Mimi my fur baby cat she’s so generous both with her time & patience … also my thanks to Ms Sara Vance & rest of the VCA staff … a nice ambience for pets & its owners 🙏🏻🌺🌷🌸HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL … Mimi & Marita ❤️

    11/29/25- This was my first time going to VCA and I must say the visit was pleasant. Everyone was so nice. They explained things thoroughly. My king wanted to go with some of the ladies . I was worried about going because the last bet we went to was horrible . But from the first walk in and how wonderful the ladies were at the front counter , you would think they one my kingy boy for years. These are the types of places I dream About !!!! A place that actually cares to provide top service , help your fur babies, and help your pockets. Thank you everyone !!!! I wish i remembered everyone names!!!!! But please know I remember you and I am truly grateful for you all and The McCombs will be back!!!

    Dr. Manzano and the staff at VCA Lilburn are kind, caring, compassionate, and sincere. They showed extreme patience with my special needs pup Parker from beginning to end. He was a sweet boy with challenges from an abused past when I adopted him that he could not overcome. VCA never judged him or treated him any different than a normal, healthy pet. They loved and cared for him unconditionally, as I did. ❤️
