He was a sweet boy with challenges from an abused past when I adopted him that he could not overcome. VCA never judged him or treated him any different than a normal, healthy pet. They loved and cared for him unconditionally, as I did. ❤️

They gave him a shot to stop the vomiting, which it worked for a couple hours but still he didn’t want to eat anything, and today in the morning he started vomiting again and he got worse, he has diarrhea now. I called the hospital today in the morning, and they told me that they cannot check him because he got worse and that they don’t know what he has and to take him to an emergency room, so I just paid for nothing. They don’t want to help me anymore.And it seems he got worse after what they did to him
- JKJenovis KingSep 26, 20253.0The doctor was very professional in the building was clean courteous staff the only thing I didn't like was a comment that was made by the doctor's assistant I was told by her assistant that the vaccines that my dog had were not valid my dog came from the DeKalb county shelter and at the shelter they give you all the vaccines to the dog rabies etc so I asked the assistant do they provide grooming at that location and she said yes but your dog can't receive any type of grooming she has to be re vaccinated I said she already current on her vaccines they said that at their location they don't honor the shelters vaccines but the DeKalb county shelter recommends this facility so I found that a little discouraging that was my first visit and that's the only drawback thus far along with the pricing is expensive a little higher than the average veterinarian hospital/clinic
