- MBManuel BahenaMar 2, 20243.0Been sitting here for about an our and did get attended to, but after looking for a number for a minute, she took the people who came after me and is going through their whole process and I basically sat there until I had to leave due to taking too much time. And not all their associates know all the rules to their deals. So even if I was ok with dealing with the misunderstanding and late fees, WHILE ready, I'm still forced to leave because she took too much time and I have to walk to work. I came early enough but still was made to wait for the single employee at tending to someone else while I sat at the front desk. Was the 2nd person in and still couldn't get my issue resolved. Good cell service but seems like today wasn't their day. Not mention that the employee still helped out pick out a case and screen protector! At the end I was ready to just add my old number to this phone and be on my way.
