  ‼️‼️⚠️I just want to give you a heads-up about this store. ⚠️‼️‼️I really don’t recommend going there or buying any service from them. Trust me, avoid it at all costs because they’ll straight-up steal your money and won’t provide the service they promise. Here’s what happened to me: I went in to buy a service for my tablet. Before even checking if my device was compatible, they made sure to charge me upfront. Then, the salesperson couldn’t even install the service on my tablet. To make things worse, I didn’t get my money back. So now, I’m don’t have the service I paid for and they refuse to refund me my money. Just a warning so you don’t go through the same frustrating experience. I should have paid attention to the red flags, when another customer left extremely upset because his service was interrupted even though he has automatic payment and was charged an additional fee to restore his service.

  Melanny was just overall excellent at her job. She was very kind, very knowledgable about very phone and even gave me recommendations for my next phone purchase. I recieved the best customer service from her, hints why she's in the manager position. She transfered my stuff even though I belong to a different company something they themselves couldn't help me with. Hope to see you soon when I switch over to Cricket. Thank you so much Melanny for everything you have done. You are my hero. God Bless Her.

  If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I purchased a phone on a promotion with Giselle G. Whom was on her phone during our ENTIRE transaction. She was very nonchalant and uncaring. I asked to put my own SIM card into the phone and open the phone myself, during COVID I prefer the least amount of touching as possible. She told me that her manager requires her to do this. I asked her to call the manager and she decided to give me the phone without doing so. I figured at this point she wasn't being honest. I purchased the phone using the wrong card and asked them to return it to my card so I could use the correct card. Giselle called manager Maria to ask her and Maria kept telling me that if I wanted to return the phone( which I didn't) that I wouldn't get any money and that they couldn't charge my other card. This didn't make sense. They told me that I had to call Cricket .. WHY? I just bought the phone 5 mins ago in the store. Why would I need to call Cricket?? Well I called Cricket and they said from their end the transaction is processed as cash so I need to go back to the store. Well guess who has to pay the Cricket Store a visit AGAIN? me! all because Giselle and Maria were so unconcerned and incompetent that they are costing me more time and money. This is the reason why try not to patronize " Authorized Dealers" they don't care about the customer. Only the money that they can grab from you and go. They will not assist with anything unless they can nickel and dime you for it. I will not patronize this store again and would advise that you don't either. If you happen to, double check and triple check everything and if there happens to be a mistake, you will most definitely be out of time or money. Thanks for nothing Maria and Giselle.
