The situation was complicated, and my grandfather was understandably confused and frustrated throughout the process. Alphonso Dyser, the representative who assisted us, was incredibly patient, respectful, and professional the entire time. He clearly explained our options, helped us gather the necessary documentation for Apple, and never once showed frustration — even when he had to repeat himself multiple times. His calm demeanor and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. I truly appreciate the way Alphonso treated my grandfather with kindness and dignity.
