    Stopped in to the Verizon store and was helped by alyssa. She was very kind and patient with me, even though I had a lot of questions and wasn’t sure what I needed. Took the time to explain everything without rushing me. Really appreciate the help. Good service and very nice young lady

    I recently visited a nearby store with the intention of purchasing a new phone and upgrading from my iPhone 12. The staff member at the counter assisted us in ordering the phones for my wife and me. I also inquired about Apple Watches, unaware of a promotion offering a free watch with a new phone purchase and was never told that promotion was offered. Upon receiving the phones, the staff member opened them, and my wife immediately realized her phone was incorrect. The store refused to assist with any returns, instructing us to contact Verizon instead, and proceeded to set up both phones. During the setup, she damaged my wife’s irreplaceable life-proof case and charged us $40 each for setup fees, despite our insistence that the phones were wrong. The setup process took approximately two hours, and the phones were never fully set up. I informed the staff member that we needed to leave because our 9-month-old baby could not remain in the store all day. Fort O has a much better Verizon store and they are willing to make sure all customers have what they need and are much more willing to work with you. This place is just commission so expect to be sold things that are (included) but they just charge it to your card. Won’t be going back, and will be telling everyone to avoid at all cost.
