  My co worker and I went for help with 1 of the many drones our company has purchased here. Unfortunately PAUL said he was too busy even tho there were no other customers when we arrived. He was so rude to my co worker who is a pastor as well,that I decided to walk up and stand in line and he brushed him off for me and then when he said she is with me PAUL made a rude comment. The man said he was busy and needed an appointment to help him and he had no time to fill out a form. And yet there were no other customers. Eventually another customer came at 12:40 and he brushed him off for her too but she did have an appointment. Maybe Paul needs another person to work with him who is better working in customer service, or a different position since he said he only deals with computers.

  I spent an hour and half after my 92 year old mother spent “all day” trying to connect to the internet. In 5 minutes they had it fixed at no charge! Totally above and beyond and will highly recommend them. Great job and thank you.

  To be fair, my experience was to have my iphone 6 battery replaced. This was absolutely hands down a terrible experience. The people working at this location are short tempered and down right rude. As a customer who is only wanting to have a service performed, they made it all about them. My feeling is...if you are incapable of working with customers who own apple products don't service them. I was even told that I would have better luck with an Android device. I will without a doubt NEVER, EVER recommend Geek Squad for iphone service. On top of that, based on my experiece (which took 3 visits to accomplish) I cannot not recommend Geek Squad for anything.

  I handed the Geek Squad rep my phone (Samsung Note 5) and he couldn't find the settings button, after he just told me he has a Anroid phone.... 😐 My phone was on back order, when I told the rep that Best Buy had the phone in stock and that I didn't want to wait over a week for my replacement phone, especially since it was a device malfunction, not physical damage or lost (so it didn't require a deductible), the rep explained to me that the shipment option was my only choice because Sprint requires it to be shipped. I understand if something cannot be done or outside of policy but I don't like somebody lying to me or just talking to make themselves sound official or correct. Sprint has no say over how Geek Squad conducts their policy on a device. Geek Squad can send a phone via droid to my front door if they desire. Their insurance coverage is independent from Sprint. I don't like putting my money towards anything if I'm not receiving the most up to date and accurate information. I figure that's why I'm paying Geek Squad to have more knowledge and "how-to." This was only my first experience with Geek Squad...hope they're not all like this. Best Buy wasn't any help either. They pretty much said "yea they don't know what they're doing sometimes." That's comforting!
