That is over 30 days ago. I would not buy anything from Best Buy again until it gets resolved.

He guessed it was in the phone accessories section, but I eventually found it on the " car electronics" section. When I brought it to him to ask what was included, he said just tbe charger - no cables. That was wrong. Two people in front of me on line at tbe registers, where there were two cashiers working. But it still took a inordinate amount of time to check out. The item itself was fine. People were very polite and friendly - but inefficient.

I purchased the television October 12th I also purchased a tv mount as well as a surround system, it was scheduled to be delivered October 29th (which by the way was already ridiculously far out) I received a call October 28th saying that the delivery was moved without an explanation. I have already called out for work. I will now have to eat the money I am losing for calling out and lose more time for when they rescheduled the delivery. This is wholly unacceptable and completely unprofessional. If you are looking at purchasing something of this scale I HIGHLY suggest you dont do it from Best Buy.
