  They have the baby changing station in the middle of the bathroom. Had random people staring at my naked baby while I was changing her. On top of that I had employees laughing at me telling my wife how uncomfortable it is to have that in the middle of the bathroom instead of in the stall. Vary unprofessional. And pretty disgusting! Will not be returning to this Best Buy what’s so ever. The people and place was vary nasty!

  Great service from Esteban. I came in shopping for a computer monitor. The one I wanted was not on display but was in stock. He grabbed it from the warehouse for me. He went over the my best buy membership with me and I added it because of the extended return policy. Quick and easy visit. The store was clean. They need to work on having more displays out to look at. They had a small range of 6 or so budget friendly monitors on display and a section for the overly expensive gaming pc setups. Not much in between was displayed.

  Exceptional Service at Best Buy Kennesaw – Jacob Sets the Gold Standard I recently visited the Best Buy Kennesaw, GA location (Store #501) on February 4, 2026, to purchase a laptop and what could have been an ordinary shopping trip turned into an extraordinary customer service experience thanks to Jacob. The store was fairly busy, and it was clear the team was juggling multiple customers at once. I waited patiently for about 20 minutes, noticing how stretched everyone seemed. Then Jacob stepped in — and from the very first interaction, I knew I was in good hands. Before anything else, he sincerely apologized for the wait and explained that he had been pulled in several directions assisting another customer. That level of ownership and courtesy immediately stood out. He didn’t rush. He didn’t make excuses. He simply showed up ready to help. Jacob was the perfect balance of professional and personable. He was knowledgeable without being overwhelming, humorous without being distracting, and consultative without being “salesy.” He actually listened. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he responded with thoughtful recommendations tailored to my needs — not just what was on promotion or what cost the most. He walked me through my options clearly, answered every question with confidence, and anticipated concerns before I even voiced them. He saved me both time and money by steering me toward the best fit rather than the biggest sale. That kind of integrity is rare and incredibly appreciated. I left not only confident in my purchase but genuinely grateful for the service I received. Jacob is a tremendous asset to the Kennesaw team.   I’ve been buying things from this Bestbuy since 2010. A loyal customer who buys expensive brand name tech items. Recently I was in the store to purchase an $80 Lego set that was cheaper at Target. While checking out, I asked them price match. The checkout clerk called for the manager to price check. While the first ten minutes went buy I asked her where the manager was. She called again, he came out but talked to customers. After talking, the manager stood next to the iPhones by himself for two minutes. I asked her is that him she said yeah and called him again. Not sure why I waited a few more minutes…but it was 20 minutes at this point. So I told the clerk, I’m not going to buy these Legos. I grabbed the Lego set and walked around the store to find the manager. After finding him, I told him that we’ve been waiting for him for 20 minutes and I handed him the Lego set and stated that I’ll buy this from Target. Sucks cause I was boycotting Target. I don’t think I that I’ll buy anything from this Bestbuy for a while. I added a photo of my purchase from Target.
