    Purchased a dishwasher last week, scheduled for delivery today 5/1 no show.They will not return phone calls to reschedule delivery after multiple attempts to speak with someone regarding the delivery and promised phone call back still no resolution. I need customer some customer service ASAP.

    Purchased an open box “excellent” condition 55 inch Sony Bravia 8. Literally the only things inside the box were the tv itself and the power cable. Excellent condition is supposed to be like new with all essential parts and accessories. This was not that. Should have been listed as “good” at best. Should have known it was too good to be true. Whoever the GM is of this store really needs to evaluate their staff and/or operations. If we’re being honest, it shouldn’t have even been returned. Whoever the cashier is clearly weren’t doing their job in actually checking that the tv had all the accessories with it. I spoke to an employee on the phone and confirmed the information, drove 3 hours round trip to pickup and ended up having to just return this at my local store because they did not have an open box in the same model/size. Literally if I could give zero stars for this experience I would. And Best Buy will probably miss out on a sale altogether as I will be purchasing this through Sony Direct brand new just out of spite. I know $1000+ may not seem like a lot to some people but is for me and you also wasted my time. I would strongly recommend never purchasing open box from them. It’s a scam.

    If you're looking to buy a phone with one of their AT&T sales reps, absolutely do NOT utilize Bri. She flat out lied through her teeth about multiple processes, including the trade in process for AT&T's NextUp upgrade program. Due to her negligence, I have been almost a month now going back and forth between Best Buy and AT&T to get this phone traded in with the window to do so quickly approaching. This has been the absolute worst customer experience I have ever dealt with, and I will not be returning so long as Bri works there.

    I had a very frustrating experience at the Best Buy location in Kennesaw, Georgia. I recently purchased the DJI Osmo Pocket 3, and when the newer DJI Osmo Pocket 4 was released, I went back to return my item with the intention of upgrading. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just to have the return value placed on a gift card so I could immediately purchase the newer model. Instead, I was told they couldn’t accommodate that. I even spoke with a manager, hoping for some flexibility or a customer-focused solution, but was still denied. This made no sense from a customer service standpoint. I wasn’t trying to game the system—I simply wanted to stay within their store and spend more money on an upgraded product. For a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction and staying competitive in tech, this felt like a very rigid and outdated policy. Situations like this push customers to shop elsewhere where flexibility and customer loyalty are actually valued!

    Took my phone to Best Buy on April 9, 2026 at 4:00PM for a repair after being referred by Apple. I’ve been coming to this Best Buy for over 10 years, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. The Geek Squad technician, Jaylen, gave inconsistent information throughout the visit. I was initially told he would check for the part but doubted it was in stock. After checking, he confirmed they actually had it. I was then told the repair would take about 2 hours. When I went to turn off Find My iPhone, there was a security delay, so I had to wait about an hour. After that, I was told that if another customer came in during that time, I would have to leave and come back, which was frustrating and unprofessional. About 15 minutes later, another technician checked on me. I explained everything, and after looking at my phone, he said the repair could be done which made the whole situation even more confusing. In the end, I waited over an hour and no repair was done only diagnostics. I was then told to send the phone back to Apple anyway. When I asked why, I was told, “I don’t know, that’s what it said,” with no real explanation. This was a complete waste of time and could have been communicated upfront. If the repair couldn’t be done, that should have been made clear from the beginning instead of going back and forth. Very disappointing experience for a long-time customer.
