  The first time I went up there they was rude and unprofessional I didn't want the phone anymore . Everything I call they hang up or really rude I don't recommend this location for service I would never bring a friend or family member to this specific location. No matter what time of day it is they are NEVER in the store, it's always be back in 10 15 or 20 mind. This sad and despicable.

  You didn't have the note 9 and spread day it that's why I had to change my providers In store you didn't have a note 10
