These are the most personable sales people I have ever dealt with. Every single time there was a bump in the road purchasing my new phone, they were able to meet me with another option and helped explain everything thoroughly. Brody and Nick.
If these two guys aren't the senior vice president and chief executive officer of Verizon by the end of the calendar year, a grave misfortune will have befallen the universe.
After three and a half hours spent in what can only be properly described as a tech support hellscape (aka Verizon call center), I was left completely and utterly dismissed and unsupported as a customer.
Verizon tech support made an error while activating my new phone which somehow resulted in my wife's phone losing service.
The solution: wait 4-5 days for an investigation to be conducted and hope to receive a service restoration. Or: upgrade the device by purchasing a new phone.
After 4 transfers and being elevated to the "highest level" of tech support available, the final line spoken by the tech support specialist was "there's nothing I can do. Have a good day"... End call.
We then went to the local Verizon store in Jasper. Here come Verizon tech wizards Brody and Nick. What took the corporate Verizon call center 3.5 hours to break and ultimately only cause more problems than I started with took these two gentlemen 20 minutes to fix. The solution was immediate and easy on their end. Problem solved. Service restored. Peace on earth. (Or at least my household)
