- APAsphault PhotographyAug 17, 20255.0Went in to upgrade my phone yesterday, Nathaniel and Keaton are wonderful. Good service and a clean store all around. After 6 years with cricket ive only ever had 1 problem at this store over a year ago. The new staff seems to be doing great.
- KAKing AliasJul 8, 20254.0I’ve had my service with cricket for about 7 years now, great service but does get congested around certain busy parts of the year. In store experience has always been pretty good, this location in particular definitely goes through a lot of associates though. However I’d say the overall experience is pretty good and I don’t think I’ll be switching carriers anytime soon. The one associate who is working there right now is a pretty good guy, he did mess up in selling me a SIM card that won’t work in my phone, but he said he’s only a month in and still learning, and customer service took care of me. All said 4 stars is my rating on this location particularly. Thank you Nathaniel for your help.
