    Imagine waking up to a bill 2.5X higher than normal to realize the “local” Verizon you helped build 10 years ago chose to get one over on a family member on my account. Fraudulent and Scammy: What should have been done: - simple upgrade with promo credit for holidays What actually happened: - Verizon employee added a new line without consent (instead of upgrade), changed plan on a line when it wasn’t requested, added two features that were told not to be added. Victra, and all employees of Jackson, I encourage you to reach out to me to get this fixed quickly. I’m incredibly disappointed to see you choose quotas over customer experience and doing what’s right for your local community

    Verizon made my little sister cry during the Christmas Season The word "unimaginable" is defined as "difficult or impossible to imagine or comprehend", and is typically used in the most dire or absurd of circumstances. For example, it is UNIMAGINABLE that a Verizon store could provide service so poor that it causes my little sister to cry, but that's exactly what this place did. Already heavily burdened by a difficult college major and trying to stay positive during the Christmas season, my little sister made contact with this store discussing their role in accessing a social media account with 5 years' worth of creative resources that she had compiled on it. Although Verizon, of course, does not directly control this third party account, their services are VITAL to accessing it. This store failed so miserably as to mishandle their services and cause total and complete loss of access, and was unable to provide help or even act competently or compassionately in giving directions. Needless to say, such a trainwreck of so-called 'customer service' left my little sister in tears, having lost access to very meaningful projects that she'd worked on for half a decade. Again, it is UNIMAGINABLE that a Verizon store can crap the bed so badly, during CHRISTMAS of all times, and fail a loyal customer in such a hurtful way, but this is what has happened. A business that somehow, against all odds, inflicts hurt in this way is worthy of far more negative ratings than 1 star, so consider this a 0 star review. Scratch that, an -1 star review. Again, I am FLABBERGASTED at how much of a failure this was, that a cellular service store can drive a rational, educated person to tears during the most joyful time of year. Major restructuring of how this place runs is needed, and I hope that they are able to turn things around and be useful rather than harmful for their customers.
