  Kayla is the best! My husband broke his phone. We were due for new phones anyways but the phones we wanted were on back order. She came up with a solution so my husband wouldn’t be out of a phone while waiting for the new ones. She was patient, kind, and super helpful. We are really thankful for such a great experience!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service from Linden – Friendly, Patient, and Extremely Helpful I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from Linden at the Verizon store in Hiram. Linden was the first who helped me and greeted me as soon as I entered the store. From the moment we started working together, he was kind, professional, and incredibly patient, even as we ran into a few hiccups related to my previous service with T-Mobile that prevented us from completing everything in one visit. Linden took the time to walk me through the pricing, explain the differences between the phones I was considering, and made sure I understood all my options without ever making me feel rushed. He also went above and beyond to ensure I received all the discounts I was eligible for and made sure they were properly applied. What stood out the most was his dedication to customer service. Not only was he knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to, but because we couldn’t finish everything in-store and I wasn’t sure how to proceed on my own, he gave me his number so I could call him later for help. He took my call after hours, walked me through exactly what I needed to do, and answered every question I had, all while he was off the clock. That kind of follow-through is rare and shows how committed he is to making sure his customers are taken care of. I was in the store for hours, and not once did he seem frustrated or impatient. He kept a positive attitude the entire time and even brought some humor into the process, which made the experience that much better. Even though we couldn’t finish everything that day because of the issues with my old carrier, Linden made sure everything was in place so that when I came back, the rest could be handled smoothly. I asked him so many questions and he answered everyone without a hitch! He’s also a great storyteller. 😊 He truly provided exceptional service, and I’m grateful for the time and effort he put in to making sure I left confident and satisfied. Thank you, Linden! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Phenomenal Service from Jessenia – A True Standout! I don’t normally write reviews but I'm on a roll pointing out the exceptional service that I received in two days. I absolutely have to take a moment to recognize Jessenia at the Verizon store in Hiram. I wasn't able to complete everything I needed to during my visit the day before with Linden, so I came back hoping to get things resolved, and I was lucky enough to be helped by Jessenia. This visit was especially important to me because I had other commitments scheduled that day, so I really needed everything to be handled during this visit. I hadn’t planned on coming back due to other commitments, but Jessenia took the time to not only address the issues I was aware of, she also caught and fixed several things from the day before that hadn’t been completed properly, some of which I didn’t even realize had been missed. From the moment I walked in, she was juggling multiple customers at once ( 4 including me) with incredible grace and efficiency. Honestly, it was like watching an octopus with eight arms multitasking like a pro. Despite the chaos around her, she made me feel seen, heard, and taken care of. She didn’t miss a beat. Every question I had, every issue I needed fixed, she handled with professionalism, speed, and a great sense of humor. She too, provided me with her phone number if I had any questions that I needed resolved, which I define as an exceptional dedication to providing outstanding customer service. Truly authentic! She was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and just flat-out phenomenal. You could tell she truly cared about each person she helped. That kind of dedication and customer service is rare these days, and she deserves all the recognition for it. Thank you, Jessenia. You turned a frustrating experience into a great one. Verizon is lucky to have you!
